Chris Vallis

Chris Vallis is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in people management and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Platform Engineering Manager at Aurora Solar since June 2023, Chris has successfully managed hiring, performance reviews, and coaching for multiple teams, significantly improving employee engagement and eNPS scores. Previous roles include Data Engineering Manager at Symend, where Chris led high-impact transition strategies, and Software Engineering Manager at Innovasea, directing cross-functional teams to enhance engagement.
