Mark Goodale

Mark Goodale is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for EMEA at Aurora Solar since May 2022, where previous roles included Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Strategic Account Manager and Account Manager at Clearwater Analytics from April 2018 to May 2022, and achieving top performance as a Sales Associate at Best Buy from September 2016 to December 2018, consistently outperforming over 600 peers. Mark also held the position of General Manager at Peterson's Concessions from 2013 to September 2017, where leadership and team management were essential. Additionally, Mark contributed to the development of young athletes as a Junior Varsity Coach for Centennial High School Lacrosse in early 2016. Mark holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in International Business and Finance from Boise State University, completed between 2016 and 2020.
