Joseph Kiefer

Joseph Kiefer has a strong background in marketing and customer experience. Joseph began their career as a Marketing Director at Lorman Education Services in 1999, where their responsibilities included developing growth strategies, improving customer retention, and implementing multi-channel marketing efforts. Joseph then worked as a Marketing Director at Maximized Living in 2013 before moving to Market Traders Institute, Inc in the same year. In 2015, they joined Aurora Training Advantage as the Director of Customer Experience.
