Monika Urbaniak has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Monika started their career in 1996 as a Marketing and TQM Specialist at DAEWOO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION. Monika then worked at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (T-Mobile) from 2002 to 2011 as a Project Manager and Quality Main Specialist. In 2011, they joined Raiffeisen Polbank as a Quality Manager and later took on the role of Head of Customer Experience Department. At Raiffeisen Polbank, they also served as Managing Director and Head of Customer Experience, overseeing strategic CEX management and leading a team of approximately 3500 employees. Most recently, in 2022, they joined OTIS POLSKA as the Head of Customer Experience Department.

Monika Urbaniak holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Kozminski University, which they obtained between the years 2000 and 2002. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, with a profile specializing in Strategic Management, from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, they gained an EFQM Auditor qualification from Brussels EFQM - European Excellence Assessor in 2005, and a Marketing / Advertising and Promotion Diploma from the French Institute of Management in 2003.
