Cori Davis

Cori Davis is an accomplished Chief People Officer currently at Aurora since August 2025, with a rich background spanning over two decades in human resources and organizational development. Prior roles include serving as Chief People Officer at Genentech from 2022 to July 2025, and Global Head of People & Culture at Roche from 2018 to 2022. Davis has extensive experience at Genentech in various senior HR positions from 2009 to 2018, including Senior Director and Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Organization Development & Learning at Microsoft, and experience in human capital management at Deloitte Consulting.
