Pranjal Jumde

Pranjal Jumde is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in threat research and development. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Aurora since November 2021, Pranjal previously held the position of Principal Security Engineer at Brave Software, where contributions included integrating Brave Rewards with various ecosystems and enhancing security and privacy features across platforms. Prior roles include MTS at StackRox focusing on container security, Security Engineer at Apple with involvement in open-source projects, and Security Researcher at Adobe specializing in exploit reverse engineering and internal penetration testing. Pranjal has also gained experience through research assistant positions at CERT and Carnegie Mellon University, along with internships that contributed to web security advancements. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Security Technology and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
