Saren Stiegel

Saren Stiegel, JD, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Learning Content at Aurora and has been Chief Learning Officer and Co-Founder at VOKLY since September 2021, where a focus is placed on creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive business strategies. Stiegel has a rich background in learning and development, having held leadership roles such as Director of Learning & Development at Buyk and VP of People + Culture at ELEV^TE, where a comprehensive people infrastructure was established. As the founder of The Glow Effect, a consultancy for leadership development, Stiegel has developed tailored training programs for major organizations, alongside authoring a book aimed at helping individuals find meaning in life transitions. Stiegel’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago and a Certificate in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Extension School.
