Lena Katharina Rohde

Lena Katharina Rohde is currently a Werkstudentin in Diversity & Community Management for Women4Metals at Aurubis since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lena worked as a Werkstudentin at Hays from February 2022 to January 2023 and at EDEKA Aktiengesellschaft from March 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included tasks as a Sachbearbeiterin Stammdaten. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship in Marketing Communication at Hermes Germany GmbH from August 2017 to January 2020. Lena is pursuing a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, expected to be completed in February 2026, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Sozialökonomie from Uni Hamburg, completed in August 2023.
