Pavel Batishchev

Pavel Batishchev has more than 15 years of experience advising domestic companies, international corporations and individual clients on a range of technology, corporate, intellectual property and financial issues.

Pavel focuses his practice on private equity and venture capital transactions, debt financing, corporate law, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Pavel counsels clients in multiple industries, including alternative finance, IT and technology, private equity and investment, and distributed ledger technology (DLT) sectors.

Pavel represents clients in the structuring and negotiating of their most complex international transactions and acts as a trusted business and legal advisor to companies in all aspects of their business, including providing strategic advice to the clients’ management teams and directors.

Additionally, Pavel provides strategic counselling regarding all aspects of intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on issues related to patent and trademark law.

Pavel served as an independent director on the boards of directors of technological and engineering companies, providing strategic advice on business development matters and launching of new products.
