As Finance Director and CFO at Ausbuild since 2010, Richard has significantly contributed to financial strategy and oversight. Prior roles include Salesperson at Ray White Ascot and Principal Owner for multiple Ray White locations, demonstrating expertise in real estate management and sales. Richard also served as Owner of DCBA and CFO at Heritage Pacific and Ray White, showcasing extensive financial management skills across diverse organizations. Richard's educational background includes a degree in Accountancy from Nelson Polytechnic and foundational studies at Nelson College.
