Amy has held various HR roles, including People Manager at Penny AI, Senior Program Manager at TELUS, HR Manager at PDFTron Systems Inc., and Human Resources Manager at News360. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in compensation analysis, employee engagement, talent development, onboarding, and HR operations, utilizing technologies such as Slack and Collage HR. With an MBA from University Canada West and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College, along with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from University of Guelph, Amy combines strong educational credentials with extensive hands-on experience in the HR field.
