Dmitry Cherepanov

Dmitry Cherepanov, MCIArb, is an experienced professional in commercial and contract management with a focus on complex industrial and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Senior Contracts Manager at Ausenco, Dmitry leads commercial activities for the Ambatovy OSP Replacement capital project. Previous roles include Senior Commercial Manager at Graham, Head of Commercial Project Management at thyssenkrupp for North America, and Head of Contract Management at GE Renewable Energy. Dmitry’s expertise encompasses contract administration, risk management, negotiation, and dispute resolution across multiple industries. Dmitry holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from Leeds Beckett University, along with a Ph.D. in Economics & Supply Chain from Rostov State Economic University.
