Jamie Carter

Jamie Carter is a Senior People & Performance Business Partner at Ausenco, specializing in the APAC/Africa region since October 2021, with prior experience as the HR lead for the Ambatovy Ore Pipeline Replacement Project in Madagascar. Previous roles at Hatch from July 2017 to October 2021 included Global Lead of the HR Service Centre and Human Resources Advisor, with responsibilities spanning global HR systems management, policy development, and employee support. Earlier positions included HR coordination, recruitment consultancy, and customer relations, complemented by an academic background in Human Resource Management and a postgraduate degree in Employment Relations from Griffith University. Jamie has also achieved notable recognition as a professional squash player, representing Australia in international competitions.
