Marcella Costa de Souza Garcia

Marcella Costa de Souza Garcia is a seasoned Senior Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in project management and geotechnical engineering. Currently at Ausenco since April 2023, Marcella manages geotechnical projects, providing technical oversight of proposals and project developments. Prior experience includes a senior role at Vale from November 2020 to March 2023, where responsibilities encompassed project management, team coordination, feasibility studies, and structural engineering. Marcella also served as an MBA instructor at FAENE and held engineering positions at USIMINAS and Light.
