Sandy Roux

Sandy Roux has extensive work experience in health, safety, and environment roles. Sandy is currently the Vice President of Health, Safety, and Environment at Ausenco since 2023. Previously, they served as the Senior Assurance Director at WorleyCord from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Worley from 2012 to 2020, holding various roles such as Group Assurance Director, Assurance Director, Assurance Business Partner, and Regional Assurance Manager. Before joining Worley, they worked as the HSE Manager for Impala Platinum from 2009 to 2012 and as the Group HSE Manager for Aquarius Platinum Limited from 2006 to 2008. Sandy started their career at The De Beers Group of Companies and worked in HSE Group Services and Projects from 1997 to 2006.

Sandy Roux completed the Management Development Program in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Stellenbosch University in 2014. Additionally, they pursued HSE Law in Mining with a focus on Occupational Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental Management at North-West University/Noordwes-Universiteit.
