Kelly Carruthers, M.S., M.A., CISSP

Kelly Carruthers, M.S., M.A., CISSP has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and program management. Kelly currently serves as a Program Manager at AUSGAR Technologies INC, where they manage multiple Department of Defense initiatives and provides cybersecurity expertise to the Department of the Navy's Small Business Innovation Research Experimentation Cell. Prior to this, Carruthers worked at Highbury Defense Group as a Special Projects Lead and Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, and at Center for Performance Psychology as an Intern Consultant, working with clients to improve their performance in various professions. Kelly also held positions at Vector Planning and Services, Inc. as a Space Systems Security Lead/Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, at Sentek Global Consulting as a Program Manager/Senior Information Assurance Engineer, at CACI International Inc as an Information Assurance Manager, and at the United States Marine Corps as an IT Project Manager/IT Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Carruthers has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, program management, and improving performance in various professional fields.

Kelly Carruthers, M.S., M.A., CISSP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cybersecurity - Penetration Testing, which was earned from National University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Performance Psychology from National University in 2013. In 2012, Kelly completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Psychology from Excelsior University.
