Leah Coppage-Gross (She/Her)

Project Manager, Program Improvement at Springboard Collaborative

Unsurprisingly, Leah’s love of reading as a child motivated her to explore a career filled with learning. After graduating with B.A.’s in History and English from the University of Delaware, Leah spent her time in museums creating and delivering impactful, educational programming in Philadelphia. From initiating partnerships to sending feedback surveys, she is committed to seeing projects through from start to finish. She believes that education is the most essential tool of empowerment. Learning from her experiences in cultural institutions, she is excited to use her skills to support the mission of Springboard Collaborative. Her favorite book as a child was The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis because it made the world of make-believe just a bit more real.
