Chelsea Compton

Chelsea Compton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change delivery and human resources. Currently serving as a Change Delivery Partner at Ausgrid since June 2016, Chelsea has held multiple roles within the organization, including Change and Communications Lead and Human Resources Project Manager. Prior experience includes a Strategic Account Manager position at Randstad and an Account Manager role at DDI | Development Dimensions International. Chelsea also worked as a Business Development Manager at ProForce. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney and an ACAP Bachelor of Psychological Science, as well as a Change Management certification from PM-Partners.
