Harsh Sinha

Harsh Sinha currently holds the position of Senior Commercial Finance & Tax Manager at Ausgrid since November 2018, bringing extensive experience in the finance and tax sectors. Previously, Harsh served as Associate Director in the M&A Tax team at KPMG Australia from September 2014 to October 2018, specializing in advising clients across real estate, infrastructure, agriculture, and government privatization on income tax implications of investments in Australia. Before that, Harsh worked as an Assistant Manager in the Real Estate Tax team at KPMG UK from February 2013 to August 2014, providing tax advisory services on UK and European property investments. Earlier roles include Compliance Analyst for Customer Due Diligence at OzForex and Tax Senior at Smith & Williamson, where services focused on corporate tax compliance and advisory for various industries. Harsh holds an ICAEW ACA Qualification in Chartered Accountancy from Kaplan College-London and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Manchester.
