Palle Lunoe

Palle Lunoe serves as the Chief Remote Pilot at Ausgrid since May 2021, leading a pioneering drone division focused on over-the-horizon operations for asset management data acquisition. Prior to this role, Palle was a First Officer at Regional Express from November 2017 to May 2021 and held the position of Director/Chief Controller at Universal Aerial Vision Pty Ltd, which specialized in aerial cinematography for film and television until June 2020. Palle also owned and directed Lunothrust Pty Ltd, focusing on the design and manufacture of supersonic jet propulsion systems, and Kimberley Air Services, a charter operation in Western Australia, where responsibilities included Chief Pilot and Safety Management Officer. Earlier aviation experience includes roles with King Leopold Air, Helimuster, and Alice Springs Air Charter, with a solid educational background in aviation complemented by a Bachelor's degree from British Aerospace Flight Training Australia and an Airline Transport Pilot Licence obtained through Advanced Flight Training.
