Patrick Boocock

Patrick Boocock currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Ausgrid, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Patrick held the role of CEO for Private Equity Alternative Assets at CapitaLand from October 2021 to March 2024. Significant experience includes a tenure as Managing Partner and Head of Asia at Brookfield Asset Management from January 2013 to October 2021, and serving as Global Chief Financial Officer at Multiplex during the same timeframe. Prior positions include Managing Partner and Head of Infrastructure Advisory at Brookfield Financial Corp. and Senior Vice President at Plenary Group. Educational qualifications include becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant through CPA Canada and CPA Ontario, as well as earning a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Accounting and Finance from McMaster University, alongside designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
