Che Solomon

Che Solomon is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people and culture leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and National People & Culture Leader at AUSIEX since December 2020, Che has previously held the position of People Consulting Manager at Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included co-designing solutions to address critical people issues. Additionally, Che has served as a Human Resources Manager for Retail Banking Services at Commonwealth Bank and held various HR roles at Westpac Group from 2010 to 2017. Che's career began as a National People and Organisational Development Officer at TNT. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Technology, Sydney and participation in the Asialink Leaders Program at the University of Melbourne.
