Chelsea Coto is an experienced professional currently serving as the Online Learning Coordinator at AusIMM since April 2023. Previously, Chelsea worked at McMillan Shakespeare (MMSG) from February 2019 to March 2023, where roles included Operations Trainer, Senior Customer Care Consultant, and Customer Service Consultant. Responsibilities as Operations Trainer involved coordinating and facilitating product knowledge training for new hires and current staff, while also providing technical training on software programs and production processes. As Senior Customer Care Consultant, Chelsea planned coaching sessions, managed team performance, conducted interviews, and addressed escalated customer complaints. Earlier experience includes a role at Service Stream as Customer Service Sales Support. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Trobe University, completed in January 2018.
