Virginia Ponder

Virginia Ponder is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in government and private practice. Currently serving as a shareholder at Ausley McMullen since July 2022, Virginia Ponder concurrently holds the position of Deputy Staff Director for The Florida Senate, a role engaged in since January 2019, while also having served as Attorney for the Senate Committee on Governmental Oversight and Accountability.
