Ehsan Norzad

Ehsan Norzad (Norouzzadeh) is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in power systems and grid integration. Currently serving as the Lead Connections Planning Engineer at AusNet since October 2025, Ehsan previously held the position of Grid Integration Specialist at Iberdrola Australia and has extensive experience at AusNet Services as a Senior Power System Engineer. Ehsan's career also includes significant contributions to the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) as a Senior Engineer focused on Victorian Transmission Planning, as well as experience at Clean Technology Partners Pty Ltd as an Electrical Engineer. Ehsan's expertise encompasses dynamic studies using PSS/E and PSCAD, network modelling, engineering design for PV systems, and the development of remote monitoring systems. Ehsan holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Adelaide.
