Dagmar Dokter

Dagmar Dokter is an experienced product developer currently employed at Ausnutria since April 2020, where Dagmar also serves as a specification specialist for raw materials. Prior experience includes an internship in early nutrition development at FrieslandCampina from March to August 2019, and an MSc thesis focused on human milk peptidomics at Wageningen University & Research from August 2018 to February 2019. Additional roles include an allround employee at Cafetaria de Molenhoek, a BSc thesis student at Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods, and an internship in product development at Concorp BV, concentrating on sugar- and calorie-reduced candy. Dagmar Dokter holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology, with a specialization in Dairy Science and Technology, from Wageningen University & Research, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, complemented by studies in logopedics and a gymnasium education.
