Jay Mansbridge is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the maritime and defense industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Austal since August 2021, Jay has previously held roles as Deputy Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer within the same company. Prior to Austal, Jay worked at BAE Systems Australia from April 2014 to August 2021 as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, focusing on mechanical reliability, maintainability, and availability engineering, as well as providing shutdown engineering support.
