Tara Flynn

Tara Flynn has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving in Human Resources Operations at Austen Riggs Center since July 2022, where responsibilities include scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and tracking recruitment and performance metrics. Previously, Tara worked as a Commissions Analyst and Operations Generalist at Guardian Life, demonstrating skills in data entry, financial analysis, and customer service in a high-volume call center. Additional roles include Office Administrator at Happy Leaf Kombucha, Manager in Training at Anthropologie, and Management Trainee at the Economic Policy Research Institute, showcasing a diverse background in administration, management, and training. Tara holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and completed a semester abroad focused on Spanish language and culture at Barcelona International College.
