Tyler Heath

Tyler Heath has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and leadership roles. Tyler started their career as a Marine in the United States Marines Corps, where they led teams and advised senior military commanders on aviation asset deployment. After leaving the military, Tyler worked as a President's Associate at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where they interacted with senior executives on a daily basis. Tyler also served as the Director of Continuous Improvement and Total Service at Caesars, overseeing strategic objectives and goals for cost savings and revenue growth. Tyler then joined The Broad Resident for the Management of School Systems, a leadership development program that placed him in managerial positions in urban school districts. Tyler held the role of Broad Resident and led projects such as opening new schools and managing budget processes. Following their time at The Broad Resident, Tyler worked as the Director of Operations at KIPP Austin, where they set standards for operational functions and improved service levels under a conservative budget. Tyler later became the Director of Operations at Austin Achieve Public Schools and then the Senior Director of Operations before assuming their current role as Chief Operating Officer. In this position, Tyler is responsible for overseeing key operational functions and managing a team of direct reports. Furthermore, they have served as a Board Member at The Jeff Cooper Legacy Foundation and as the Managing Partner at Perelle Investments LLC.

Tyler Heath completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at the University of Mississippi from 1993 to 1997. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategy and International Management at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, graduating from 2004 to 2006. Lastly, Tyler attended The Broad Center from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Education Leadership degree.
