Mike Hollinger

Mike Hollinger is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software engineering. Currently serving as the President of Austin AI Alliance, a non-profit consortium, Mike previously held multiple influential roles at IBM from June 2005 to December 2024, including Master Inventor and Chief Technology Officer for Applied AI. Mike's contributions spanned various domains such as sustainability strategy, computer vision, and deep learning architectures. Mike also led the development of significant platforms, including the Maximo Application Suite and IBM PowerAI Vision. With a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Mike's work has been recognized through several patents related to multimodal technology.
