Leah Jaramillo

Leah Jaramillo has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Leah is currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Austin Alliance Group, where they lead business strategy and service delivery for client engagements focused on talent development and alignment. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Services Manager at Gallagher, providing consultative services that drove employee engagement and improved business performance. Leah also has experience as an Organizational Development Consultant at Ensure Talent, where they partnered with senior leaders to improve organizational design and business performance. Leah served as the Organizational Development Manager at Morris & Garritano, leading research and development initiatives for comprehensive people operations and driving company-wide change. Leah began their career as an Account Manager at Insurance Brokerage Firms, managing client accounts and revenue books of business. Leah also held the position of Director and Trainer at My Gym Enterprises, where they developed successful programming and staffing practices in the children's educational fitness industry. Throughout their career, Leah has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Leah Jaramillo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Management at Western Governors University from 2019 to 2020. Leah earned their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Organizational Communication & Leadership from St. Edward's University between 2015 and 2018. Additionally, Leah has obtained numerous certifications including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, and the Certified ATD Instructional Designer certification, among others.
