Dean Austin

Dean Austin has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Since June 2000, Dean has served as President & CEO of Austin Benefits Group, leading the organization to success. Prior to this role, Dean held positions at Unum as Regional Vice President during the merger with Provident and at Provident Companies as Regional Manager following the acquisition of Paul Revere Insurance Group. Dean began a career at Paul Revere Insurance Group, where the position of Group Manager was held from 1988 to 1995. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from Western New England University, awarded in 1988.
