Aly (Peiran) Wang, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Austin Community College since January 2024. Previously, Aly held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Baker Hughes from July 2019 to June 2023, where responsibilities included driving enterprise transformation, advising executive leaders on talent strategies, and collaborating on recruitment improvements. Additional roles at Baker Hughes encompassed Human Resources Project Manager and participation in the HR Early Career Development Program. Prior experiences include an internship in Dining Services HR at the University of Minnesota, serving as a Lab Instructor in Data Metrics in Human Resources, and various roles that enhanced Aly's expertise in human resources and data analytics. Aly earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
