Kelly Torrico

Kelly Torrico is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Austin Community College since 2022, Torrico oversees a team of HR experts supporting 13 locations across seven counties, contributing to the education of over 40,000 students. Prior experience includes serving as Division Director at UnitedHealth Group from 2020 to 2022, where Torrico managed psychiatric and behavioral health services, particularly during Covid-19.
