Russell Lowery-Hart

Russell Lowery-Hart currently serves as Chancellor at Austin Community College since September 2023 and has held the position of President at Amarillo College since 2014. Russell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication from West Texas A&M University (1987-1991), followed by a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University (1991-1993), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication from Ohio University (1993-1996).
