Pamela Hanes

Pamela Hanes, PMP, is an experienced IT Project Manager currently serving as the Senior IT Project Manager for Operational Planning, Design & Compliance at Austin Energy since May 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager for Black Box Network Services APAC, focusing on infrastructure installation and network projects, and a project management contract with Baylor Scott & White Health that involved IT-related construction projects. From April 2011 to March 2017, Pamela delivered software and hardware projects at Hanger, Inc., and managed the consolidation of data centers. Previous experience also includes overseeing complex infrastructure projects at Seton Family of Hospitals, where Pamela successfully implemented over 75 applications and systems. Educational background includes studies at the College of Charleston and International University High School.
