Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson, PMP, currently serves as the Manager of Operational Review and Analysis at Austin Energy since January 2016, overseeing critical services for over 550,000 utility customers and implementing a People, Process, and Technology strategic model to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as IT Application Analyst Senior and Interim Manager within Austin Energy, contributing to the development of business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. Paul’s earlier experience includes serving as Utility Applications Administrator and Billing Quality Assurance Specialist at the City of San Marcos, focusing on utility customer service and data management. Paul holds both a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Business - Information Technology Management, both from Western Governors University.
