Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager - Technology at Austin Fraser since June 2017, Kelly earned recognition as the 2020 U.S. Leader of the Year and has successfully managed sales teams in driving new business and performance. Prior roles include Regional Account Executive at Bullhorn, where accolades included 2015 Global Sales Rep of The Year, and Business Development Manager at Aerotek, focusing on engineering placements. Additionally, experience as a New Business Consultant for Spurs Sports & Entertainment involved managing a $3M book of business. Kelly was a Division 1 athlete and a four-year academic achiever at The University of Kansas, with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies.
