Travis Blake is a construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the construction industry. Currently serving as Construction Director and Project Manager at Austin Habitat for Humanity since January 2022, Travis has also held roles as Construction Operations Assistant and Crew Leader at the same organization from August 2020 to July 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Field Manager at PulteGroup and Assistant Construction Manager at Meritage Homes. Travis began a career in facility management as an intern with The University of Texas System in 2017. Academically, Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Studies at Texas State University.

Austin Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Austin Habitat focuses on the holistic experience of homeownership as a catalyst for community change. Austin Habitat goes beyond the well-known new homeownership program by also offering critical home repairs to low-income homeowners and housing counseling to the general Austin community. Our programs are designed to develop and preserve strong communities by providing comprehensive services that prepare homebuyers for the responsibilities of homeownership, incentivize long-term ownership, and keep existing homeowners in their homes.
