Katherine Sheedy is a skilled dietitian with extensive experience in clinical and community settings. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Eating Disorder Interest Group at Dietitians Australia since March 2023, Katherine has also held multiple clinical dietitian roles at Austin Health and Peninsula Health. A graduate of Monash University with a Master's in Dietetics and a Bachelor's in Nutrition, Katherine has additional experience in food service and healthcare environments, including a pivotal role as an Aged Care Dietitian with Vivir Healthcare. Previous to pursuing a career in dietetics, Katherine gained valuable experience as a Veterinary Nurse, enhancing a diverse skill set in healthcare.
