Jennifer (Hall) Shiel MS, RD, LDN is a Clinical Instructor at Simmons College, serving as adjunct faculty in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences since January 2014. Currently a Clinical Dietitian at Shriners Hospitals for Children, Jennifer specializes in pediatric burn ICU care and clinical research, along with outpatient services for cleft lip/palate, myelodysplasia, and orthopedic clinics. Prior experience includes research assistance at Harvard School of Public Health and a dietetic internship at Tufts Medical Center, which involved various clinical nutrition rotations. Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Early career experience includes management roles at Black Rock Country Club.
