Lisa Poon

Lisa Poon has extensive work experience in finance and management. Lisa is currently working as a Financial Director at Austin Health since April 2021. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, including Finance Director, Acting Finance Director, Senior Business Manager, EPMO - Special Projects Manager, and Finance - Special Projects Manager. Lisa also worked at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre as a Financial Performance Manager, Acting General Manager - Division of Cancer Medicine, Business Manager - Division of Nursing, Allied Health and Support, and Senior Accountant / Management Accountant. Before that, they started their career as a Senior Accountant at EY.

Lisa Poon has completed the Chartered Accountants Program from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne. Additionally, Lisa obtained a certification as a Prince2 Practitioner from APMG International in 2017.
