Jc Sanders

JC Sanders currently serves as an Assistant Principal and has held the position of Elementary Math Specialist at Austin Independent School District since August 2017. In addition, JC Sanders has been an Education Specialist at Education Service Center Region 13 since September 2012, specializing in Mathematics and Special Education. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Associate at The Meadows Center for Preventing Educational Risk at The University of Texas, where work focused on developing Tier II Mathematics Intervention for struggling 3rd and 4th grade students. JC Sanders has also taught at Rawson-Saunders School and served as a Special Education Teacher at both University of Texas Elementary School and Eanes ISD, the latter role including responsibilities as a department chairperson. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Educational Leadership from Concordia Portland and degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
