Meaghen Spencer

Meaghen Spencer is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Enterprise Systems at the Austin Independent School District since October 2022, previously holding the role of Director of Data, Analytics & Reporting. Prior to this, Meaghen worked at the Santa Clara County Office of Education from April 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included Manager of Data Services and Data Facilitator. Additional experience includes roles as District Transformation Director and School Innovation Partner at Partners in School Innovation from July 2007 to October 2015, as well as teaching positions at Houston ISD and Alum Rock School District. Meaghen holds a Master of Education in Policy, Organization & Leadership from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy & Education from Northwestern University.
