Naomi Vanmunster-Cortinas

Naomi VanMunster-Cortinas has extensive experience in utility management and project consulting. Currently serving as an Energy Water Analyst for the Austin Independent School District since February 2008, Naomi is responsible for data collection and analysis of district-wide utility usage and costs, contributing to budget forecasting. Previous roles within the district included Accounting Technician III and Accounting Technician II, where responsibilities involved finance management, contract procurement, and utility data processing. Additionally, since January 2019, Naomi has worked as a Chief Project Consultant for NCV Consulting Services, focusing on RFQ and RFP preparations for architectural and construction firms, along with providing client support throughout the bidding process. Naomi's early career included a role as a Program Sales Consultant at Jenny Craig. Naomi is a graduate of James Bowie High School, class of 1993.
