Meg Morreale, CPA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 1996 to the present. Meg currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Austin Lighthouse, starting in February 2022. Prior to their current role, they held the position of Vice President Finance & Accounting at Baylor Scott & White Health from January 2021 to February 2022. Before that, Meg worked as the Director of FP&A at Baylor Scott & White Health from August 2016 to January 2021. Meg also served as the Manager FP&A at FirstCare Health Plans from March 2013 to August 2016 and as the Director of Finance, Operations at Genesis Today, Inc. from August 2012 to February 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Sr. Consultant to the CFO at Gap Inc. from March 2012 to August 2012, and as the Controller at Wincor Nixdorf from October 2010 to July 2011. Meg's career also includes the role of Senior Manager FP&A at Pernod Ricard from July 2006 to January 2010, and as a Sr. Financial Analyst at Laserscope from February 2004 to June 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an Expatriate from February 2002 to January 2004 and as a Project Controller at Kvaerner from September 1996 to January 2002.

Meg Morreale, CPA, MBA has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Additionally, they hold a Master's Degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus. Meg is also a certified CPA through NASBA and is a member of the Chief organization, which they obtained in May 2022.
