Anna Carrie Webb

Anna Carrie Webb (Flynt) currently serves as the Executive Director of Distance Education at Austin Peay State University since October 2023. In addition, Anna holds positions as an Adjunct Professor at both the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Louisiana State University Shreveport, roles started in January 2019 and January 2013, respectively. As an ESL Instructor, Anna has been with Collierville Schools since August 2014 and previously taught at Shelby County Schools from August 2009 to June 2014. Anna's educational background includes a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Memphis, completed between 2015 and 2018, a Master's Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor from the University of Memphis (2008-2011), and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2003-2007).
