Dr. Kristal McGreggor

Dr. Kristal McGreggor currently serves as the Associate AD for Student-Athlete Success and Strategic Initiatives at Austin Peay State University, where responsibilities include directing the Student-Athlete Success Department and mentoring a team to support student-athlete development and academic achievement. In addition to this role, Dr. McGreggor is a member of the Board of Directors for Team Jamaica Bickle and co-founded The Achieve A Dream Foundation. Previous positions include Assistant Director for Student-Athlete Development at Yale University, Academic Mentor at the University of Michigan Athletics, and Research Associate focused on culture and sports consumption. Dr. McGreggor holds a PhD in Sport Management from the University of Michigan and has extensive experience in operations and coaching from a tenure at Hampton University.
