Whitney Milliken

Whitney Milliken is an experienced professional in higher education with a focus on student success and academic advising. Currently serving as the Executive Director of University Student Success at Austin Peay State University since November 2008, Whitney has held various roles including Student Success Director, Student Success Coordinator, and Academic Advisor. In addition to hands-on advising for undecided freshmen and sophomores, Whitney has taught courses designed for peer leader training and practicum experiences. Additionally, Whitney serves as Program Lead for College Possible, where support is provided to first-generation college students and Pell-recipient undergraduates. Whitney's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from Murray State University, as well as certifications in Appreciative Administration and Appreciative Advising from Florida Atlantic University.
