Alvaro Larrosa Lucero

Alvaro Larrosa Lucero has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Alvaro is currently working at Workrise and Austin Software® as a Software Engineer since January 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded Workifit in 2019 and was involved in its operations. From December 2017 to January 2020, Alvaro worked at Nobly POS - Point of Sale as a Full Stack Engineer. Their earlier work experience includes a role as a Developer at Octobot from March 2014 to November 2017, where they were involved in backend and frontend development using AngularJS, Node, and Django. Alvaro also has experience in developing native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C, and cross-platform mobile applications using the Ionic Framework.

Alvaro Larrosa Lucero attended Universidad de la República from 2009 to 2016, where they received a degree in Ingeniería en computación. Alvaro also obtained another degree during that time, specializing in Análisis de sistemas informáticos/Analista. In addition to their degrees, Alvaro received a certification in Real Time Web With Node JS from Code School in May 2015.
